ANAMARIA DAVALOS
Organizational psychologist and Senior Consultant with more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Behavior research with experience in talent selection, human resource planning and operations, team building, organizational change, and maximizing executive productivity profiles. She is a Mindset Mentor and Senior Consultant with the Birkman Method for 25 years of practice. She has developed and implemented strategies and programs that have improved organizational outcomes both locally and internationally including the most competitive companies in Ecuador.
KIRSTEN BROWN
Kirsten has a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from CIIS - California Institute of Integrative Studies with a dissertation titled Experiential Avoidance and the Recovery of Being.

She's a Clinical psychologist, visual artist and Senior Consultant who combines over 20 years of experience in the fields of psychology and art. She links interpersonal understanding with creative thought processes in order to help organizations cultivate a lateral mindset, encouraging their workforce to step out of limiting assumptions & obsolete patterns, and into fresh perspectives that generate creative solutions, working with strategies that improve change outcomes and enhance life fulfillment that complements with her certified Birkman by strengthening organizational adaptiveness and workforce optimization.
